Ninja Baseball League-Man: Bases Loaded is an arcade-style beat ’em up that combines baseball and martial arts, this action game has players battling through side-scrolling stages with pitches, swings, grabs, throws, combos, and special attacks. Up to four players can team up in shared-screen co-op to reclaim a stolen trophy.

Expanding on the original arcade release, the game adds a playable character, new stages, an arranged mode with revised enemy layouts, minigames, and newly arranged music alongside the original soundtrack.
